The head chef Kimihiro Narita has received a prestigious title “The Disciples d’Auguste Escoffier”,one of the highest honors in French cuisine. He will supervise the menu, which is full of originality.

Hokkaido ingredients

Enjoy a menu that is particular about Hokkaido ingredients such as the hotel's original salad using Hokkaido vegetables, Pudding using Hokkaido milk and eggs, and pancakes and bread using Hokkaido wheat. We prepare. In addition, Western-style soup curry, Genghis Khan and Zangi are offered daily.
