Through our original menu, we aim to solve issues facing local food producers, such as food waste,
while also bringing delicious experiences to our guests.

Some of Our Past Projects

Hokkaido University Milk

We created menu items based on milk produced on the campus of Hokkaido University.

Imperfect Produce

We serve dishes that use imperfect produce from Miyakita Farm in Ishikari City while they're in season. (Please understand we may not be able to offer these dishes depending on the season, such as in winter.)

Sheep's Milk & Mutton

Some menu items use sheep's milk and mutton from Ishikari Sheep Farm in Ishikari City. (These items are currently unavailable.)

Surplus Frozen Seafood

We serve dishes that use frozen seafood from the Akkeshi Fisheries Cooperative, which has nowhere to be shipped. (This may not be available in certain seasons.)

Priority is given to overnight guests who requested plans including breakfast, so we may not be able to serve non-guests or guests who didn't include breakfast in their plans.

You can also enjoy fresh seafood from Kita-No-Gourmet-Tei restaurant using this hotel's breakfast ticket.
