or catching fire, which could potentially lead to serious accidents.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the
use of power bank in guest rooms as outlined below.
・Please refrain from charging power bank while sleeping or when you are not present in the guest
room (e.g., when going out).
・Please refrain from charging devices near flammable materials such as beds, bedding, or curtains,
or in areas exposed to direct sunlight, such as by the window.
・While charging, please ensure the device is placed in a location where you can monitor it at all
times. If you notice any signs of abnormal heat or deformation, immediately stop using the device
and contact the front desk.
・During housekeeping for guests staying multiple nights, our staff may stop the charging process
or relocate power bank if necessary to ensure safety.
