About accommodation


QWhat time is check-in/check-out?
ACheck-in starts at 3:00 p.m. and guests are requested to check out by 11:00 a.m. Please note that the times set by your specific booking plan will take precedence over these standard times.
QIs there a curfew?
AThere is no curfew, but for security reasons, we lock the main entrance door between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. You can easily open the door during these hours using your room card key.
QHow much do you charge for children?
AChildren 6 years and older are charged the full adult rate. There is no set accommodation price for children under 5. If a child 5 years or younger shares a bed with an adult, there is no extra charge. A maximum of one child (5 and under) per adult is permitted.
QWhen do I pay?
APayment is requested at check-in. We accept cash or credit card. For guests who booked online, specific plans may offer the option to pay by credit card at the time of reservation.
QWhen are cancellation fees charged?
AOur standard cancellation policy is as follows:
・One day prior: 20% of the total charge.
・On the day: 80% of the total charge.
・No-Show (cancellation without notification): 100% of the total charge.
Note: Separate cancellation conditions apply to group reservations (over 15 people). Please contact the front desk for more details.
QCan I be put on a waiting list?
AUnfortunately, we do not have a waiting list.
QCan I change or cancel a reservation by phone?
AThis is possible only for customers who booked directly with us (via phone or our website). If you made your reservation through a travel agency or a third-party site, please contact them directly with your request.
QCan I use a KEIO Passport Card at the hotel?
AYes. This card can be used to pay and collect points.
QDo you accommodate pets?
AUnfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel, except for assistance dogs (guide dogs, etc.) staying in the same room as their owner.

About breakfast


QWhat are the breakfast hours?
A6:30 to 10:00 a.m.(L.O 9:30am)
QCan I make a reservation?
AWe do not accept reservations. Guests are served in order of arrival.
QCan I get my breakfast to-go?
ATake-out is not allowed.
QCan I use my breakfast ticket for lunch or dinner instead?
ABreakfast tickets are valid only for the breakfast meal.
QIs there room service?
AUnfortunately, we don't have room service.

About services


QCan I check my luggage before the check-in time on the day of my reservation?
AYes. We will be happy to check your luggage for you.
QCan I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
AYes. Please write your name, check-in date and contact information on the shipping form and send to the address below.

AUnfortunately, we do not accept such items.
QCan I check valuables?
APlease use the safety box in your room for storing valuables.
QWhat are the operating hours of the public bath?
AThe bath is available from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. Remember to bring your card key and towels from your room.
(The public bath is reserved for guests staying at our hotel.)
QIs there coin laundry?
AThere are 4 washing machines on 1F (2 machines only for female) and 1 machine on 3F,5F,7F&9F.
QAre there humidifiers in the rooms?
AAll rooms are equipped with humidifiers and air-purifiers. Their water tanks are left empty for sanitary reasons. Please fill them when you wish to use these devices.
QAre ice dispensers and microwaves available?
AYou will find ice dispensers in the elevator hall on every floor, and a microwave is provided on the First Floor.
QAre there smoking areas?
AAll rooms are non-smoking (including electric cigarettes). Please use the smoking room on 1F.
QCan I use Wi-Fi?
AFree Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
QCan I exchange currency at the hotel?
AYes, you may use the currency exchange machine located in our hotel lobby on the 1F.
QCan I accept guests in my room?
APlease meet with any guests you may have in the hotel lobby.

About transportation


QWhat is the closest train station?
AThe closest station is Gojo Station on the Kyoto Subway Karasuma Line, approximately a 4-minute walk from Exit 2. You can also reach us from Shijo Station (Kyoto Subway Karasuma Line) or Karasuma Station (Hankyu Kyoto Line). Click here for details.
QHow can I get there from Kansai International Airport or Itami Airport?
AThe Haruka Express Train (bound for Kyoto/Maibara) takes about 76 minutes from Kansai Airport (KIX) to Kyoto Station. Alternatively, you can catch a limousine bus from KIX to Kyoto Station's Hachijo-guchi, which takes around 105 minutes. The limousine bus from Osaka Itami Airport to Kyoto Station's Hachijo-guchi takes about 55 minutes. From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto Subway Karasuma Line (bound for Kokusaikaikan) and get off at Gojo Station (about a 2-minute ride).
